A note from Violet’s foster:

Meet Violet a 1 year old beauty!! She was surrender to the shelter by people who said they were not able to care for any longer. She was pretty skinny and clearly never socialized and had zero training. Violet is sweet and smart. She is just still learning how to be a dog as she was likely in a kennel her whole life. She is good in her crate but still working on potty training. Violet would do ok with a male dog that is patient with her as she learns how to properly interact with dogs. She is not aggressive at all just unaware of proper play and interactions with dogs. Violet would do best with older kids because she is still pretty excited and jumpy. She would love someone that is active and take her running or hiking. She wants so bad to be the best girl she just needs someone to work with her on achieving that.
