Hi everyone!!! My name is Tatum, and I am 6 months old. The thought is that I’m pitbull and some sort of other terrier mix, but whatever I am, I’m ALL ears!!! I am learning how to be a dog and enjoying some of the finer things in life like treats, belly rubs, squeaky toys, bones, zoomies, snuggling, and walks! When I do settle down, which I do, I like to cuddle and be near my humans. My foster mom says that I am an easy dog to train because I am so smart and extremely treat motivated. I have already learned how sit, down, and paw. I am doing great when we go on walks, and I am learning so much about the rules of walking nicely. My foster mom is trying to teach me to roll over, and I get it sometimes, but I usually can’t stay focused enough to do it a lot of times. It’s just something fun we’re working on, and I get treats in the process, so I’m all game for that. I am great in my kennel and sleep in there all night without a peep. I can sleep all night and will just let you know in the morning when I have to go potty. I am great at going potty outside, but I’ve had a couple of accidents when my foster mom missed my cues to go outside; totally wasn’t my fault because I tried to let her know, but we all get busy, so it’s not a big deal. I absolutely love being around other dogs and people and will not pass up a chance to make a new friend, furry or human. I have 2 cats that are in my foster home, and I could care less about them. I am a typically puppy, and I am learning so many new things. I still have puppy energy and am learning that I can’t jump or be mouthy when excited or playing, but this will all come in time as I learn more. Do you think that we could be best friends for life?
