Meet Nikko!
Nikko is such a great dog. He's almost 3 years old. Nikko is both potty and crate/kennel trained, fully vetted, and has completed obedience training with his foster family. He knows sit, down, shake, stay, leave it, and high five to near perfection. Nikko would do best with older children, 12 and up, and is dog friendly with very slow and appropriate introductions. Nikko likes to take his time when meeting new people, so he needs someone that understands that they cannot rush things. Once he warms up, he has nothing but love and kisses. He is such a cuddle bug and a great listener. Nikko absolutely LOVES food and does endearing things like a little dance as he waits obediently for his food dish to be filled. He also will self comfort in his kennel by sucking on a blanket. Some of his favorites are to play tug, fetch, and he loves his Kong. He is great at couch snuggles and prefers to be touching while he sleeps with you. He likely would not do well with cats.
