A note from my foster family:

Lola is such a sweet girl and has a heart on the back of her neck to prove it. She’s a pocket pittie in the best way coming in at around 30 lbs. Even though she’s already had a litter of puppies, she’s still a puppy herself, but her sweet demeanor makes her a pleasure to train. She’s fully crate trained and sleeps through the night without a peep. She goes in for two naps a day to settle herself. When she exits the crate she’s always calm and happy. She comes when she’s called. She’s learning fetch and brings the ball back nicely and with much excitement. She’s fully potty trained and is working on sit/stay. She is nonreactive with other dogs on walks. She stops, takes them in, no lunging, no growling, no barking. She’s just a curious girl. She's getting the hang of the leash and healing. She gets along with her fence buddy next door great. She lived with other dogs prior to coming to us and she was great with all the males she lived with. She hasn’t met any kids yet, and because she gets excitable in her puppiness, older kids would probably be best. Unknown with cats. Overall, Lola is looking for someone who is willing to take the time to hone and perfect all of her rapidly growing skills. Preferably someone who works part time or from home who can be there to let her out and give her the attention she needs. She’s a very loving girl and is looking for somebody who is patient and nurturing. She loves to sit on her pad in the kitchen while we make meals. She doesn’t beg for food. She doesn’t have any resource guarding issues, in fact, she prefers to be handfed. We can take anything away from her including high value treats no problem. We’ve got her working with a snuffle mat for meals. She loves her bones, kong, stuffed toys, treat ball, and lick mats. After working through the puppy stage with this pleasant girl, you’re going to have a well-trained snuggly dog on your hands. We will definitely miss her and her cute wiggles.
