I'm Lainey (AKA Gracie) and I am 2 yrs old and I'm the bestest girl! I'm super sweet and love everyone I meet. I currently live with my foster brother and a older cat. I try to get her to play but she's not interested. Mom says I redirect easily when I'm overenthusiastic. I've met a few kids under 5 years old and have been very polite. I can get a little mouthy when I'm very excited but redirect well. I'm still very gentle with mouthing.

I'm very good with baths and getting my toenails trimmed. I'm not a big fan of a kennel but mom says I do very well left out as long as I have my chew toys. I have learned very quickly what's ok for me to play with and what to leave alone. I also would love to sleep with my humans or at least a soft place next to the bed. I am learning how to walk on a leash. Mom says I'm VERY strong and would benefit from a gentle leader until I learn how to walk without pulling. I'm not dog reactive but I do want to go say hi to everyone but will take direction well when told to leave. I know how to sit and take treats gently. I'm pretty darn good with my recall too. I think I would do best with someone that can match my energy. I would probably prefer to have another dog for a playmate but could do well if you take time to find an outlet for my enthusiasm.
