Hello! I’m Indigo. I’m about a year old and still learning how to dog. I love treats, snuggles, meal times, naps, treats, my foster parents returning from work, and more treats. Any of the above have me doing tiny happy stomps, there’s no question how excited I am! There are only two things I don’t enjoy: the snow, and any time I don’t have a direct line of sight to my humans. My love language is physical touch, so I prefer sitting in laps, but I’m happy chewing on my bone on the floor or in my crate. I’m such a good girl, I even sleep all the way through the night in my crate. My foster mom says I’m really smart (maybe too smart for my own good), but I’m eager to please and will do anything for food. I’m learning how to sit, stay, consistently potty outside, and give kisses. I have a foster brother dog that I LOOOOOVE and who is teaching me how to be a better playmate. My foster parents say I just need some more time to learn my manners. I haven’t been around many kids, but the more humans the better! I get nervous sometimes if it gets too loud, but the best way to cure that is with belly pets (don’t tell anyone, but I don’t actually get that nervous, I just want more attention and it works every time). I am such a sweet girl with a great personality, and I have so much love to give. My foster mom knows I will be the best companion for my furever family - I can’t wait to meet you!!
