Welcome Ike to Rescue!

Hello! My name is Ike. I am just 1 year old, and I am just looking for love. I am good with other dogs. My foster human sister is 7, and she is the best!! I love her so much, and I am so good with her. I love all kids. When I approached my foster families cat, she hissed at me, and I’ve left her alone ever since. Cats aren’t an issue for me. I am a super sweet and goofy boy. I am house trained. I will go in the kennel when I am told to, but I go a little faster when there is a treat involved. :) I will whine a little to show my lack of wanting to be in there, but I settle quickly. I like sitting on people's laps and being as close to them as possible. Being a one year old, I have a LOT of puppy energy! I love to jump and run! I love to play and am always looking for someone to play with. As a typical puppy would do, if no one wants to play with me, I will find something else to play with, and it usually doesn’t make people happy. I would be great at agility! I'm looking for someone who will bring me on lots of walks to tire me out. We are still working on my leash skills so I don't pull so much. My foster mom says I am a fast learner and will do anything for a little treat. I am a goofy, sweet boy, and I would enjoy the company of another dog to play with!
