Hi there! My name is Brutus, and I’m a 10-month-old bulldog mix. If you are looking for an absolute wiggle butt keep on reading. My foster parents thought that I was deserving of a name that fit my big belly and happy demeanor, so they have been lovingly calling me Buddha. I was rescued from an area where the local dogs were picking on me. I used to get beat up quite a bit, but it hasn’t stopped me from trusting humans or other pets. My foster siblings and I get along so well. I even do well with my kitty friend. I am completely potty trained after just a short time living inside. I do great in my kennel as well. We are working on general obedience training, but I’ve already mastered sit. My favorite thing to play with is my tug rope. My foster dad and I could play tug-o-war all day long. I do like a physical play style with other dogs, but I am great at taking directions when I’m being too rough. More often than not I’m ending up on my back with my belly in the air. I absolutely love my humans, so if I’m out of my kennel I want to be as close as possible. That way I can get all the butt scratches. I’m still figuring out how to cuddle and be still for more than a few minutes at a time, but I’m learning that the couch is a nice play to take a comfy nap.
