Brooklyn will steal your heart with his sweet and goofy personality. Brooklyn is a young puppy who found himself at MACC with a case of parvo. Luckily, Unbreakabull was able to save his life and set him up with a foster home to rest and recover. Now that he is feeling better, Brooklyn is a rambunctious boy who LOVES to play. Wrestling with his sister? His favorite. Digging into the toy bin to find a new toy to romp around with? Nothing better. Army crawling underneath furniture with said toy to enjoy in a new environment, maybe by a nice warm vent? Perfect combination. He has recently been introduced to his foster dog siblings and has been very interested in play with them. His favorite play style is to run and be chased, but also loves a bit of rough and rowdy wrestling. Brooklyn is an adventurous puppy — if something is near his height he WILL try to climb it. He mastered our tall stairs quickly and did so with relatively limited fear. He has found that he is not a fan of this thing called cold weather, but he enjoys being outside in warmer weather and sniffing all of the spots. As he is extremely food motivated, even when it is cold he is easy to coax outside. His food motivation has also made him exceptionally good at learning new skills. He has mastered sit, down, leave it, and watch. We are working on stay and come and he is doing great there too! He is also being actively potty trained. Although he has the occasional mistake, he is doing extremely well and seems to have good control over his bladder already. He even understands the command 'go potty' due to the nice bit of cheese he receives when he does this!

At the end of a day filled with play, food, and sniffs, he loves to be able to hang out on the couch with you and curl up in your lap. He sleeps through the night but prefers to be kenneled with his sister. We are working on singular crate training throughout the day and he is doing better and better each day. Brooklyn really is going to make a great dog and an even better best friend — he really is something special. Set up time to meet your new BFF!
