Hello future bestie! My name is Bambi, aka Bam-Bam, aka Bambino, aka Mamala Girl! I’m the perfect dog you’ve been looking for!

I’m a petite, beautiful 1.5 year old spayed female boxer/black mouth cur (?) mix. I’m about 45 lbs with the sweetest underbite smile you’ve ever seen! I came to rescue when I weaned my puppies, and now I’m ready to be the baby again so I can be spoiled with love and attention!

Cuddling and snacks are my favorite things and I can never get enough! I have plenty of energy for adventures when they happen, but I mostly like being a lazy little couch potato. Where ever you are is exactly where I want to be!

I am 100% potty trained and haven’t had any accidents in my kennel or the house, even when my foster mom had to work late. I know basic commands (sit, stay, lay down, kennel, come, leave it) and I’m easy peasy to walk on a leash! Since I’m such a lover, I try to give a lot of hugs and I need reminders that it’s not polite.

I live with 2 large adult male dogs and we get along great! I am shy and submissive with new dogs, but once I get comfortable I like to play and roughhouse! I love racing them in the yard and reminding them that they could run like a girl too if they were a lot faster!

My foster mom says I’m the sweetest and easiest dog in the world, but I have a few quirks that aren’t a big deal. First, I’m a master escape artist from a basic wire kennel. I can’t help it, I just get tempted to go find delicious snacks and once you know how to open the kennel you don’t forget! I do great in my sturdy kennel- I walk right in without a fuss and I nap quietly until it’s time to come out. Second, I occasionally hop the short fence on my foster’s yard. Again, I can’t help it, sometimes there is a bunny next door that needs to be chased and the fence is only about 3.5’ high! And I came right back when called and said I was very sorry! If my foster mom isn’t immediately with me in the yard I’m on a tie out just in case. I mostly just want to play or sun myself outside though! I really am the best girl and I have so much love to give you! I hope I get to meet you so soon!
